Jason Pryor is a 2016 Olympian along with numerous other achievements in Fencing, both  nationally and internationally, including top 16 results at world cups. Jason attributes his success to his balance between physical and mental training.

Corwin has competed nationally and internationally for 15+ years, winning junior national championships and placing 9th in junior world championships. Corwin has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Maryland and 10+ years coaching experience.

New Amsterdam Fencing Academy’s core training program is regularly augmented with camps and clinics during the summer months (July through August), as well as over winter and spring school breaks.

For several hours a day, campers have the opportunity to experience in-depth training in footwork, bladework, and bouting, along with games to blow off some steam (while reinforcing key skills, of course).

Our summer curriculum is based on the same recipe as the school-year classes, building core skills and fencing experience while serving up lots of smiles and big doses of FUN!

Our beginner camps are a perfect introduction for campers with little or no fencing experience.  Our summer camps are appropriate for fencers from all three weapons and of all experience levels.  Beginners are welcome!
